Using Cognexa

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Cognexa to create illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, bypass security, or resell access without permission.
• Do not upload material you do not have rights to use.

Generated Content

Subject to your plan, payment status, and these terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You remain responsible for checking that any output is suitable, lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights before publishing.

Plans, Credits, and Availability

Features, credits, generation speed, models, and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time. We work to keep Cognexa reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, security events, or third-party infrastructure interruptions.

Limitation

Cognexa is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
