What a week actually looks like

A typical week is mostly long stretches of focused work, two or three short syncs with the people you collaborate with most, a friendly Friday demo where everyone shows what they shipped, and weekends that are actually yours. We don't romanticize burnout. We measure ourselves by what we produce, not by how exhausted we look producing it.

Decisions are written down. Anyone can read them, anywhere in the world, weeks later. Nothing important lives only in someone's head.

Once a week we show each other what we shipped. It's the best 45 minutes of the week, every week.

Hiring process

Clear, respectful, and not too long

Most hiring processes are a black box. Ours isn't. Here's what to expect, in order. The whole thing usually takes two to three weeks — faster if we both move quickly.

    Apply

    Send us a short note about why this role interests you, a link or two showing work you're proud of, and your resume. No cover letter theatrics required — we read what you write.

  2. 02

    Intro call (30 min)

    A relaxed conversation with someone on the team. We learn about you, you learn about us, we both decide if it's worth going deeper.

  3. 03

    Craft conversation (60 min)

    A focused conversation about the work itself — a system you've designed, a model you've trained, a product you've shipped. We're more interested in how you think than in trick questions.

  4. 04

    Paid work sample

    A small, paid take-home or paired session that mirrors a real piece of the job. We respect your time and pay for it. Typically 4–6 hours over a week.

  5. 05

    Team meet & founder chat

    Meet two or three people you'd work with closely, plus a final conversation with Ramesh about the bigger picture.

  6. 06

    Offer & references

    We move fast on offers once we know. We'll talk through compensation transparently and check references on both sides.
